Tracie Albisser

Tracie believes in prevention and an active approach to health.  She is a Certified Exercise Physiologist with many years of fitness instruction, rehabilitation, and teaching. She has been at the College of New Caledonia in the Kinesiology Department since 2010. Tracie is a wife, mom, natural mover, and outdoor enthusiast.

Ann Holmes

Bryn Pritchard

Bryn is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, who graduated from the Kinesiology Diploma Program with honours, at the College of New Caledonia. Her passion is helping improve the quality of life of others by guiding them through the process of learning how to lead healthy and active lives. Bryn enjoys yoga, and playing most sports, volleyball being her favourite.

Craig Hyslop

Gillian Recknell

Gillian is an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves all things healthy. She grew up hiking and skiing in the coastal mountains with her dad, and learned the values of fresh home cooked meals from her mom. Now with two adult girls of her own, she continues to try to pass on her love of all things healthy both to her daughters and also to the community. Gillian turned to yoga about a decade ago when she put her back out and credits yoga for teaching her how to listen to her body. Now a yoga instructor, she continues to pass on her lessons learned to others.
